MENTORING OF HOSPITALITY SCHOOL STUDENTS

I prepare students for passing final exams as well as successful entrance into the practical and professional world. I always make sure the preparation is comprehensive and includes all aspects of this field.

Part of my cooperation with students is professional and practical preparation when I pass on all necessary knowledge and skills. Together we focus on service technology and services, dining, but also food and nutrition or cooking. Lectures and mentoring takes place in hotels, gastronomic facilities or at my home. Thanks to that the students have the possibility to get a hands-on experience and become fully prepared in all aspects of this field.

I also tutor students struggling with grades in vocational subjects. I help them with mastering the subject matter as well as prepare all my students for successful completion of the final exams.

I cooperate closely with Prague hospitality schools and also with great professional PaeDdr. Václav Šmíd, who has served the British Queen.

HOTEL GASTRONOMY & STAFF

My role in hotels depends on the needs of each organization.

I take care of operational management of hotel restaurant staff and ensure a smooth and professional course of hotel breakfasts and social events. I manage, coordinate and work with the staff, make sure everything is taken care of and supervise compliance with hotel standards.

In case of need I take the role of interim hotel manager. During my work I emphasize an empathetic and individual approach to all guests in order to make them feel exceptional and pampered.

Together, we will raise the level of hotel gastronomy and give it a human face.

EVENTS & CONGRESSES

I provide complex services needed for your event incl. catering and professional supervision and coordination of all staff at catering.

For clients from Czech and abroad I provide professional and complex VIP services at the highest level.

All my life I have been working in hospitality. My aim is to make sure the level of service provided exceeds the expectations of guests and at the same time carries a personal approach.
