This course is designed for beginner waiters and waitresses who want to work in gastronomy or hotel operations, but have no previous experience or formal education in the field. The training provides solid professional foundations and helps participants gain confidence in guest interaction and service performance.

During the intensive two- to three-hour course, participants learn the basic principles of guest communication, professional conduct, and essential practical skills required in daily operations. The training focuses mainly on practical exercises, where participants practice proper plate handling, tray carrying, basic serving techniques, and service organization.

The course represents the first level of professional training and creates a strong foundation for further development in gastronomy and hospitality. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate confirming successful course completion.
