About me

I am a professional bringing valuable experience which I want to apply in a meaningful way. Together we will improve the level of hotel gastronomy and give it a human face.

Throughout my professional life I have been active in the hospitality segment. My aim is to make sure the level of services provided exceeds the expectation of hotel guests and at the same time the services carry a personal approach.

I focus on management and coordination of all activities related to operation of hotel restaurants and bars including VIP services. At the same time I ensure the quality of the products and services provided in compliance with hotel standards.

I have provided catering for national ice hockey teams from Canada, Sweden, Germany, France, Austria, USA, Switzerland and Latvia during the World Championship in ice hockey 2015.

I was also managing congresses & catering for approx. 2 500 guests such as political congress of ODS, catering for Kapka Naděje, Miss České republiky, Generali Deutschland, Právník roku (Lawyer of the year awards)…
