Courses KM – Education for Hotel Staff
Practical courses and training focused on the hotel and gastronomy industry, based on many years of experience in prestigious hotels. As part of the KM Courses, I prepare waiters, waitresses, receptionists and other team members for real-life situations in operation – with an emphasis on professional communication, a high standard of service and a human approach to guests.
The training courses are designed to be interactive and practical. Participants will learn the correct principles of service, organization of work during breakfast and à la carte service, handling challenging situations and building a positive impression, which is decisive for the guest’s return. The offer includes popular courses Service Fundamentals for Beginners and The Art of First Impressions and Service with a Smile.












Erasmus students from Turkey
I cooperate with Art Nouveau Palace Hotel Prague and Aquapalace Hotel Prague on Turkish student practical training within the Erasmus program. In the program I act as a lecturer and supervise the students in the kitchen, confectionery production and waiting at the restaurant.
Students have the opportunity to practically try to prepare meals in á la carte kitchen under the supervision of experienced chefs and create desserts under the leadership of professional confectioners. Students also help with preparation of breakfast and other meals.
About me
I am a professional with valuable experience that I want to use in a meaningful way. Together, we will raise the level of hotel gastronomy and give it a human face.
All my life I have been working in hospitality. My aim is to make sure the level of service provided exceeds the expectations of guests and at the same time carries a personal approach.
I focus on management and coordination of all activities related to operation of hotel restaurants and bars including VIP services. At the same time I ensure the quality of the products and services provided in compliance with hotel standards.
I have provided catering for national ice hockey teams from Canada, Sweden, Germany, France, Austria, USA, Switzerland and Latvia during World Championship in ice hockey 2015.
